Kulalani is stirring up excitement for Hawaii Island resort real estate as plans are announced to resume construction on their already successful condominium project at Mauna Lani Resort.
It has been more than two years since developer Stanford Carr put a hold on construction at Kulalani. Now, just as many indicators are showing a continued strengthening of the market, Kulalani has announced strategic plans to move forward with groundbreaking for the new phase scheduled for January 2013.
Kulalani’s private gated community, which is located on Mauna Lani’s North Golf Course, offers excellent amenities. The large recreational facility includes a fitness center, locker room, two large pools, two Jacuzzis and a large Hawaiian-style pavilion with a kitchen area and BBQ for parties.
Kulalani is officially offering these beautiful condo units for sale, with pre-construction reservations allowing the buyer the flexibility of choosing interior finishes and colors for tile, carpet, flooring, etc.

The most recent sale in Kulalani was a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1,868 sq ft unit that closed escrow yesterday (November 29) for $652,000.
